Who holds the letters
I do, alone. No clerks and no partners. Nobody else holds keys. The inbox lives on one machine. Small site, short memory.
What letters carry
Names with words as written. Screenshots when numbers need backing. Nothing else is requested, so extras arrive uninvited and leave with the answer.
Tallies without faces
Pages opened and minutes spent. Browser shapes with nobody behind them. Counts decide what gets reviewed next. They never point at anyone.
Cookies, briefly
Two small ones: closed notice flags and filter marks. Sweep them in settings on any mood. Reviews read the same either way.
How long ink lasts
Letters rest until the thread closes, then join the archive of settled reviews. Backups roll monthly. Nothing outlives its reason.
Take your page back
Write to info@hybridwars.net with the word Forget. Confirmations leave in writing inside the week.
Children and guests
No entries target young readers. No data knowingly collects from anyone under sixteen. Found such data gets wiped on sight, no questions asked.
Changes to these rules
Rule changes print here first with fresh dates. Major changes wait thirty days before biting. Reading on means agreeing with the current page.
How threads close
Answered letters move to the archive of settled threads. The archive lives on paper twice a year. Fire finds little, thieves find less.
What the site refuses to learn
Browsing histories stay unread. Purchase trails stay sealed. The counter counts pages, never people, and the site likes its ignorance.
A note on screenshots
Proof shots arrive with letters daily. Faces inside them get cropped before filing. Privacy starts at my own inbox.

Why this page exists
Trust needs paper and these rules are that paper. They stay dated and open to all.
